Joseph Peter is our Partner operating in Moshi, Kilimanjaro office

He is the head of our litigation and commercial team in the Northern Zone. With over six years of legal practice experience Mr. Peter has handled  various commercial and criminal litigations.

Mr. Peter assists Individual and entities to resolve dispute employing alternative dispute resolution techniques (ADR) in the first instance and litigation if ADR proves unsuccessful, he sees this proactive and planned approach to risk min imization as a key services for clients.

Peter is an expert in property settlements and best at dealing with complexity of partnerships, companies, and trusts.
