Is a Founding Partner of Caden Dante Attorneys, having seven years of corporate legal experience.  Ditto leads the Firm’s in Contracts reviewing, drafting, and negotiating agreements  He specializes in mergers and acquisitions, conducting due diligence, Corporate governance, advising corporate directors in Venture capital and business financing.

Over the years, Mr. Ditto has developed a widely acknowledged expertise in Property Law, corporate restructuring, contract negotiations and financial services he represent clients in Courts, Arbitration bodies and tribunals.

Mr Ditto is a company secretary for several major manufacturing companies in Tanzania, having business ventures across East Africa.
