John Mallya

For over a decade Mr. Mallya has been practising law with  speciality in Criminal Defense, Family law, Civil litigation, Corporate, Natural Resource Law and Government relations.

In addition to his areas of practice, he has successfully lead in drafting of national youth council legislation for the Parliament of the United Republic of Tanzania.

Mr. Mallya worked with construction corporations, manufacturing companies and non-governmental organizations.

He is a renowned litigant having represented client in numerous high-profile cases in local and regional courts such as the East Africa Court of Justice, and the African Court of Human and People’s Rights.
