Mr. Praygod Uiso is a Senior Partner at the firm and heads the Labour Law and Industrial Relations Department. He has over eleven years of dedicated experience in labour law and is widely regarded for his expertise in labour compliance, mediation, and arbitration.

He previously worked with two leading HR consultancy firms, namely The HR Solutions Ltd and The HR Experts Ltd, where he handled a broad range of complex employment and industrial relations matters. Over the years, he has advised and represented both local and international clients, providing strategic legal support on workplace and employment-related issues.

At the firm, Mr. Uiso leads the development and implementation of labour policies, employment compliance frameworks, and workplace regulatory strategies. He also manages labour relations matters for clients and provides expert legal counsel in employment disputes. He has successfully represented clients before labour tribunals, the Labour Division of the High Court, and the Court of Appeal, securing favourable outcomes in various industrial relations and employment conflicts.
